Deluxe Parties at Flying High!

Celebrate big in our Downstairs Gym, where the fun is high-flying and the memories last forever.
Deluxe Parties are 2 hours of pure joy, offered at select times on Saturdays & Sundays.

Here’s what’s included:

• 90 minutes of supervised gym play—trampolines, obstacle courses, ropes, and more

• 30 minutes in your very own private Party Room, set up with tables and chairs for your guests

• A special gift for the Guest of Honor

• Optional games, obstacle courses, and relay races—just ask your Party Attendant

Up to 29 guests included
Want to invite 30–40 kids? Add the “30–40 Kids” Add-On at checkout.
Hosting 40–80 kids? Book two slots at the same time and choose the “30–40 Kids” Add-On for both.

Want the Whole Gym to Yourself?

Planning an extra-magical bash? You can rent out the whole gym.

How to do it:

• Book both party slots for your desired date and time (if available)

• Select the “30–40 Kids” Add-On for both slots

• Your own private party playground is ready!

Party slots open 3 months in advance
Mark your calendar: On the 1st of each month by 9am, new slots become available
(Example: March parties open December 1st)

Optional Add-Ons:

Coming to a Flying High Party?

• Waivers First: Parents, please fill out the online waiver before you arrive!

• Check In: Stop by the Front Desk—they’ll guide you to the Party Room.

• Dress for Fun: Comfy clothes and bare feet are perfect (socks love to hide in our foam pits!).

• Gym Rules: No gum, candy, food, or drinks in the gym—just pure fun!

Flying High Party Tips

• Early Bird: Arrive 15 minutes early to sprinkle some magic and set up your Party Room.

• Waivers First: All kids and adults need a waiver—parents can fill it out online before the big day!

• Yummy Treats: Bring your own cake, snacks, and goodies (coolers are handy if it needs to stay chilly). Alcohol stays at home!

• Pack These Essentials:

  • Goodie bags

  • Gift bags or boxes

  • 4–5 tablecloths

  • Cake & cutter

  • Candles & lighter/matches

  • Plates, cups, utensils & napkins

• Upstairs Access:
  • At this time, our building does not have an elevator. All Flying High programs, services, and amenities are accessible on our main level. Guests who require elevator access are encouraged to reserve one of our main-floor party rooms.If you have questions regarding accessibility or need assistance during your visit, please contact our team — we’re happy to help.
