Camps FAQ
Can my child stay with their sibling/friend?
We group campers by age to keep the fun fair and the play just right!
Want your child with a sibling or friend? Send a note to erica.p@flyinghighgym.com at least 2 days before camp.
(Sorry, no group switches on camp day!)
Can my child attend camp if he/she is not enrolled in classes at Flying High?
Yes! Our summer camp isn’t just about gymnastics—it’s about ALL the fun!
Campers get to tumble, test out their ninja skills, and make great use of over 20,000 sq ft of open play space!
And if your kiddo is a gymnast, don’t worry—they’ll have plenty of chances to shine!
Where do I go when I arrive at Flying High?
Come on in through the Front Door!
Campers will check in and out upstairs in our magical camp room—where the fun begins and ends!
When is payment due?
Spots aren’t saved by wishes alone—payment is due at registration!
How does billing for After Care work?
After Care is billed in 30 minute increments, 4pm-5:30pm. Parents can add After Care to the Whole Day option OR the Half Day PM option. No discounts apply to After Care.
Are discounts for siblings available?
Yes, we are offering a sibling discount!
- 10% off the 2nd sibling
- 15% off the 3rd sibling
- 4th sibling is FREE!
What is your refund policy?
While camp is non-refundable, we’re happy to add a credit to your account with a little heads-up—easy peasy!
We’re all about flexibility and making camp magical for your family.
Please note: Same-day cancellations can’t be credited or refunded.
What is Pajama Party Friday?
Fridays are for pajamas, popcorn, and pure fun!
Campers cozy up in their PJs for a day full of Open Gym, games, crafts, and our classic Pajama Movie Day! Pizza is on us, plus popcorn and all the camp magic you can imagine.
It’s the perfect way to unwind after a week of non-stop adventure!
What should my child wear?
Dress for adventure—rain or shine!
Campers should wear comfy, weather-ready clothes each day. We play inside and out!
Shoes off inside, but for outdoor fun, athletic shoes are a must.
Don’t forget to send a pair or stash some in their cubby—ready for action anytime!
What should my child bring every day?
- Stay cool and fueled for fun!
Campers can sip from our water fountains or bring their own bottle to stay hydrated.
Hungry? Grab lunch from our Cosmic Café or bring a packed lunch from home—your choice!.
What if my child has class on camp day?
No worries—we’ll handle the hand-off!
If your camper has a Flying High class during camp hours, our team will make sure they get there and back with no trouble at all.
Just send the day and time to Erica@flyinghighgym.com so we can work our magic!
What if my child needs to take medication?
If your child needs to take medication during camp hours, a parent/legal guardian will need to fill out a Medication Permission Form. Please email Erica, our Camp Director, for this form.
What if someone else will be picking my child up from camp?
Please notify the staff and fill out the “Camper Authorization Release Form”. You may tell a staff member in person at drop off or email Erica, our Camp Director. Children will not be released to an unauthorized pick-up person. A photo I.D. may be required.
What if I am running late to pick up my child up from camp?
We will keep your child in our care until you arrive but “late fees” may be charged for excessive use. We completely understand that folks get stuck by trains sometimes and we DO NOT want you driving 100mph to get here! But our staff is also zonked after a long day of fun and needs to get home to rest up for another big day!
If you are going to be late to pick up your child please contact us:
