Flying High's premier facility offers elite instruction in girls gymnastics, boys gymnastics, martial arts, dance, & fitness for children and adults of all ability levels serving residents of cook county and dupage county. Many of our gymnastics coaches started out in programs such as gymboree, sokol, park district gymnastics and IGI gymnastics, which results in a well rounded perspective for our own academy. In July of 2007 we expanded to include elite instruction in Martial Arts, Fitness classes including spinning (cycle), boot camps, core and strength training, Weight Training, mat exercises including abs abs abs and low cardio exercises for seniors, pilates & yoga.
